KYN550-12 armoured mid-mounted metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) can replace various old metal-enclosed switchgears, such as KYN1-10, JYN2-10, GBC-10, KYN28-12 and other series products.
The shell of the product is completely made of aluminium-zinc-coated steel plate assembled with bolts after multiple bending and shaping by machine tool processing, which has high mechanical strength and effectively ensures the neatness and beauty of the product. The cabinet door is coated by plastic spraying, which is highly resistant to impact and corrosion, and the shell of the product has the protection level of IP4X grade.
The bare conductor air insulation distance of this product can guarantee more than 125mm, composite insulation is more than 60mm, and its circuit breakers have the unique advantages of long life, high parameter, less maintenance, and small volume.KYN550-12 armoured mid-mounted metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for 3.6~12kV three-phase AC 50Hz power grid, as the acceptance and distribution of electric power, and the circuit to implement the control, monitoring and protection. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy and controlling, monitoring and protecting the circuit. It can be used in single busbar, single busbar segmented system or double busbar system. The switchgear complies with IEC298 "AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear with rated voltage above 1kV and below 52kV", IEC694 "Common Provisions for High Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear", GB3906 "3-36kV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear" and DL404 "Indoor AC High Voltage Switchgear". Ordering conditions", Germany DIN.VDE0670 "rated voltage 1kV above the AC switchgear" and other standards, and has a perfect, reliable anti-misoperation function.
Features:
●The compartments are mutually independent with a well-designed compartmental structure.
●The cabinet adopts a new structural layout. The branch busbar compartment and cable compartment utilize a unique vertical bending process, increasing the phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground distances.
●The live distance between phases and between phase and ground exceeds 125mm, complying with industry standards.
●"Five Protection" safety devices:
1.Prevents misoperation of circuit breakers.
2.Prevents circuit breakers from being operated with loads.
3.Prevents hanging (closing) of grounded lines (grounding switches) while energized.
4.Prevents closing of circuit breakers with grounded lines (grounding switches).
5.Prevents entry into energized spaces.
●Pressure relief devices are installed above the circuit breaker compartment, busbar compartment, and cable compartment. In case of internal faults in these compartments leading to the generation of high-temperature and high-pressure gas accompanied by arcing, the sealing strip on the cabinet door seals the front of the cabinet. The pressure relief metal plate on the top automatically opens to release pressure and vent gas, ensuring the safety of personnel and the switchgear.
●The instrument door adopts a T-shaped quick-lock, while the front middle door and front lower door use a pull-handle quick-lock. Door locks can be equipped with padlocks to prevent accidental operation.
